3� <br />c <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />ORDINANCE <br />RAILROAD <br />GATES AT <br />---- - - - - -- 000---- - - - - -- <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Section One of Ordinance 2429, passed by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, September 22, 19242 <br />approved by the Mayor, September 24, 1924, be amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. The New York Central Railroad Company <br />is here y required to erect and maintain gates <br />and some suitable person to operate same between <br />the hours of Six A. M. and Ten F. M. on each day <br />of the week, at the intersection of their right - <br />of -way and each of the following me s reets in <br />the City of South Bend, to -wit: ,aroiine, <br />Robinson and Ernsberger. <br />SECTION 2_ <br />Any violation of the foregoing provisions shall be <br />punishable pursuant to Section Two of said Ordinance 2429, to -wit: <br />By a fine of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than <br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and each day's violation thereof <br />shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. <br />SECTION 3. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and legal publication. <br />i� O/ member of the Common 6ouncil <br />
