ORDINANCE NO. o 9 <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE NEW YORK CENTRAL <br />--------- -000---- - -- - -- <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIAN1A.: <br />SECTION 1. That the New York Central Railroad Company be <br />and it is hereby required to maintain a watchman at the crossing <br />of its tracks with Twyckenham Drive in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana between the hours of Seven A. M. and Nine A. M., Eleven <br />A. M. and One- thirty P. M. and Three P. M. and Four - thirty P. M. <br />on school days. <br />SECTION 2. Any violation of any of the foregoing provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not less than <br />Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor, more than One Hundred 0100.00) Dollars <br />and each day's violation thereof shall constitute a separate <br />and distinct offense. <br />SECTION 3.
