That the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($"700.00) <br />be and it is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City <br />of South Bend Indiana to the Board of Public Safety of said City for <br />painting and erecting street signs, being P -la. <br />SECTION 2.
