ST. <br />PETER ST., SOUTH BEND, IN 46617 AS A RESIDENTIALLY <br />DISTRESSED AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A (5) FIVE —YEAR <br />RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR THOMAS AND <br />LISA LOUGHRAN <br />Presenter: Brock Zeeb, Department of Community Investment, Offices on the 14" floor — Before <br />you is a confirming resolution for a (5) five -year residential property at 810 St. Peters. The <br />petitioner plans on investing $325,000 into the project on construction of a new home. The new <br />taxes created over the five (5) year period are $16,770. The estimated taxes abated over the five <br />(5) year period will be $1,893. Total taxes to be paid over the five (5) year period will be <br />$14,887.
