The <br />petitioner plans on investing $325,000 into the project on construction of a new home. The new <br />taxes created over the five (5) year period are $16,770. The estimated taxes abated over the five <br />(5) year period will be $1,893. Total taxes to be paid over the five (5) year period will be <br />$14,887.
