INI <br />3 _ <br />ORDINANCE NO. a 9 * I <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01111ON COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred Seventy -five <br />Dollars (175.00) hitherto appropriated to the Department of <br />Public Safety for stenographic help be transferred to the <br />Fund for the purchase of General M- aterials for the Electrical <br />Department of said Department of 4PUblic Safety. <br />SECTION 2. That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (0500.00) <br />hither -to 4ppropriated to the De "artment of Public Safety for <br />'a <br />Food Supplies of City Dog Pound be transferred to and for the <br />purchase of General Materials for the Electrical Department of <br />said Department of Public Safety. <br />SECTION 39 That the sum of Fifty Dollars (50.00) hither- <br />to appropriated to the Department of Public Safety for the <br />purchase of Food Supplies for its Dog Pound be transferred to <br />Salaries for said Dog Pound. <br />SECTION 4.
