PUBLIC WORKS CF THE CITY CF SOUTH <br />REND, INDIANA TO ANOTHER APPROPRIATION IN THE <br />SAME DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING THE <br />ANNUAL PAYMENT NOW DUE ON THE CONTRACT FOR TEE <br />PURCHASE OF PROPERTY FOR 1HE SITE OF THE NORTH <br />WEST FIRE STATION NO.II. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECT3JN I. That the sum cf One Thousand ($I,000.00) Dollars <br />be and the same is hereby transferred from Appropriation No. <br />H -23, for kiefundso awards and indemnities, to Appropriation <br />No.H -29, for Land purchased under contract for the site of <br />rr <br />the Nord: we st Fire Station NO.II, which payment of One <br />Thousand Dollars (,$I,000.00) is now due and payable. <br />SECTION II.
