ORDINANCE N0. 9 *3 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM <br />ONE SUB - DEPARTMENT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ANOTHER SUB - <br />DEPARTMENT <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1 <br />x <br />That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) heretofore <br />appropriated to the Police Department of the City of South Bend <br />for expenses in purchasing gasoline, being P -T, be transferred <br />to Wages Temporary of said department to be used in street <br />marking, said sub - division being P -1 -B. <br />Section 2 <br />That the amount of One Thousand Dollars (1,000.00) of <br />money hitherto appropriated to the said Police Department for <br />tires and tubes, being P -9, be transferred to said Police Depart- <br />ment for Wages Temporary to be used in street marking, being <br />P-1 - B. <br />Section 3 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and approval by the Mayor of said city. <br />1 <br />
