ORDINANCE N09 �3 9 An Ordinance changing the name of certaim Streets, Avenues, Boulevards, Courts and Places withim the City of South Bend, Indiana: BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: W SECTION 1: the namemof the court extending from Twenty— eighth Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana, east one —half block, and hitherto known as Albert Court, be changed to Horne,Oourt, and be hitherto known and designated as Horne Court.' SECTION 2. That the name of the court in the City of South Bend, Indiana, extending from the first alley east of Caroline Street to Vernon Street, and hitherto known as Leer Oourt, be changed to Delbert Court, and be hereafter designated and known as Delbert Oourt.' SECTION 3. That the name of the court extending from Sample Street south six hundred fifty (650)_9 feet, hitherto known as Nash Staaaty Court, be changed to Humphreys B Court, and be hereafter known and designated as Humphreys_Oourt: SECTION 4 That the name of the street hitherto known as Garland Road, extending from Ridgedale to York Street, be changed to York Street, be changed to Calnon Street, and be henceforth known and designated as Calr_on Street SECTION ` That the placem hitherto known as Osborne Place, extend - ing south one —half block from LaSalle Avenue, be changed to Seebirt Place, and be henceforth known and designated as Seebirt Place: SECTION 6 That the court hitherto known as Thomas Court, extending from Michigan Street west to Lafayette Boulevard, be changed, to Goetz Court, and be henceforth known and designated as Goetz Court: SECTION 7: That the court hitherto known as Wilson Court, extending from Carroll Street east to Lincoln Way East, be changed to Alexis Court and be henceforth_ known and designated as Alexis Court: SECTION S-.
