1� <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9 <br />An Ordinance extending hitman Court <br />one block North from Wenger Street to <br />Keasey Street, in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />SECTION 1.' That the Court extending one block North from Wenger <br />Street to Reasey Street and being a continuation of Whitman Court be <br />henceforth a part of Whitman Court and designated as Whitman Court with <br />numbers of houses being a continuation of the numbers of said Whitman <br />Court as it now is: <br />SECTION 26' This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and approval by the Diayor' <br />MEMBER OF THE COMMON OUNCIL. <br />5 <br />,a <br />
