Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting <br />information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />build (24) twenty-four, single-family homes at a cost of $4,075,000. The project meets the <br />qualifications fora (5) five-year real property tax abatement.
