ORDINANCE NO. aP �7 S' % <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of seven hundred fifty <br />($750.00) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated from <br />the general fund of the city of South Bend, Indiana, to the <br />Board of Public Worke, subdivision H -6, to be expended in such <br />amounts as shall be deemed necessary by said Board in defraying <br />costs of said city in an effort to obtain a reasonable reduction <br />in rates of each or all of the following utilities: telephone, <br />gas and electric. <br />SECTION 2.
