1 <br />ORDINANCE NO '07; <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND <br />ONE HUNDRED AM IORTY ONE DOLLARS ($3 141.00) fro* <br />THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOU`T'H BENDS INDIANA <br />TO THE DEPP_RTNENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF SAID CITY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of three ihousm�d one hundred and forty -one <br />dollars ($3,141.00) be appropriated from the General Fund of the City <br />of South Bend, Inaiana, to the Department of Public works of said City, <br />to said Departrmnt's appropriation No.H -17A, for Appraisers Fees, in <br />connection with appraisal work done fcr the widening of Western Avenue <br />(formerly Division Street) from Taylor Street to Olive Street under <br />Condemnation Resolution No.2320. <br />w - <br />-SECTION 2.
