POT <br />lv <br />ORDINANCE NO. �2 <br />INANCE APPROPRIATuVG THE SUiI OF ELEVEN <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BENDS INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Eleven Hundred Fifty -Two <br />($1152.75) Dollars and Seventy -Five Gents be and the same is hereby <br />appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />to the Finance Department, Sub -head B -8A, with which to pay for <br />advertising a list of the sale of real estate delinquent under the <br />Barrett Law. <br />SECTION 2.
