ORDINANCE NO. ' 6 / �r/ <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FO <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01AMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That all monies rece, ed by the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana from the State of Indiana` "f from the proceeds <br />of gasoline tax shall be deposited to the account of the Board <br />of Public Works of said City, to be used by said Board in the <br />maintenance and repairs of streets and bridges within the coreperate <br />limits of said City. The said Board shall give preference to State <br />thoroughfares through the City in the use of said funds, but next <br />to the maintenance and repair and upkeep of said main thoroughfares <br />shall use the balance of said fund upon the streets and highways of <br />said City in such places and at such times as may seem necessary to <br />said Board of Public Works. <br />SECTION 2.
