ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $152000.00 FROM THE FUNDS <br />OF THE CITY PLAN C C6MISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />Whereas, the City Plan Commission of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, has in its funds the sum of fifteen thousand <br />$15,000.00) dollars which is not needed for its purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, such funds accrued to said City Plan <br />Commission by reason of appropriations heretofore made by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and tax <br />levies; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend is in need of such <br />amount fof its general fund on account of the general de- <br />pression which has oecassioned delinquencies in tax payment <br />and failure of depositories. <br />KOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Section 1. That the sum of fifteen thousand ($15,000) <br />Dollars is hereby transferred from the City Plan Commission <br />to the general fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2.
