ORDINANCE NO. <br />APPROVING <br />ILE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That the purchase of an automobile chassis <br />pursuant to the terms of agreement attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof, by din3 between the Board of Public Safety of <br />the City of South Bend for its Fire Department and Scherman- <br />Schaus- Freeman Company be and the same is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Jy �� <br />
