That the purchase of Fire Apparatus <br />and Equipment pursuant to the terms of agreement attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, by and between the Board of <br />Pablic Safety of the City of South Bend for its Fire Dep- <br />artment and Boyer Fire Apparatus Company, LoganspoBt, Indiana9 <br />be and the same is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2.
