ORDINANCE NO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COITTION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the contract by and between the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, through its Board of Public Safety, for the purchase <br />of one (1) Combination Police Patrol and Ambulance in accordance <br />with the copy of agreement attached hereto and made a part here -of <br />be and the same is hereby in all things approved. <br />SECTION 2.
