31-3 <br />�31, <br />lif Gentlemen of the Common Council: <br />I reco r-nend the passage o the ve rdinance. <br />City Controller <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2 % 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWELVE <br />HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (1,250.00) FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE <br />FINANCE,,DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY FOR PAYING OF <br />THE PREMIUM ON $250,000 SURETY BONDS ON BEHALF <br />OF DUNCAN J. CAMPBELL, CITY A9#-M22dY TREASURER <br />FOR THE HANDLING OF THE BARRETT LAW ASSESSMENT <br />FUNDS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1 <br />That the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($1,250.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fundof the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Finance <br />Department of said city, for the purpose of paying the premium <br />on Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (250,000.00) surety <br />bonds on behalf of Duncan J. Campbell, City Treasurer, for <br />the handling of the Barrett Law Assessment Funds. <br />Section 2 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its legal publication, hearing and passage. <br />
