ORDINANCE NO. � 9L 9 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 'IF E SUM OF THIRTY 14I0 THOUSAND DOLLARS ( 39,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUPH BEND, INDIANA, TO THE STREET LIGIEING FUND OF TEE DEPARTMENT ME PUBLIC WORKS OF SAID CITY. SECTION 1.
