V <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THE AMOUNT OF ONE <br />HUNDRED FORTY -NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED <br />FIFTY -FIVE DOLLARS AND ELEVEN CENTS (149,455.11) <br />FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY IN <br />WIDENING WESTERN AVENUE FROM MAPLE TO <br />KOSCIUSZKO STREETS IN THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C011,131017 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the amount of One Hundred Forty -nine <br />Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-five Dollars and Eleven C nts <br />(0149,455.11) be appropriatee he B� r Public Works of <br />the City of South Bend, for the purpose pf paying for property <br />appropriated by said Board in the widening of Western Avenue <br />from Maple to Kosciuszko Streets in the City of South Bend, <br />under Condemnation Resolution No. 2413 as shown therein. <br />SECTION 2.
