ORDINANCE NO. 6� /o` <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $31,102.25 <br />TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR PROPERTY <br />APPROPRIATED ON WALNUT STREET FROM WESTERN AVENUE <br />TO THE SECCND ALLEY SOUTH, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the city of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1 <br />That there be and is hereby appropriated to the <br />Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />the sum of Thirty -one Thousand One Hundred Two Dollars <br />and Twenty -five Cents ($31,102.25) for the purpose of paying <br />for property appropriated on Walnut Street from Western <br />Avenue to the second alley south, in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, under Condemnation Resolution No. 2446 as <br />shown thereby. <br />Section 2 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />after due publication and heELbing, passage by the Common <br />Council, and approval by the mayor. <br />Gentlemen of the Common Council: <br />I I " q • ' • am. ,r i <br />I recommend the passage o e above ordinance, <br />City Uontroller <br />B^'1M� <br />
