OZ '?J77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />101090.26 TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS TO <br />PAY FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF T$E COST OF IM- <br />PROVING THE NORTH APPROACH TO THE TWYCKENHAM <br />BRIDGE, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1 <br />That there be and is hereby appropriated to the <br />Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, the <br />sum of Ten Thousand Ninety Dollars and Twenty - <br />six Cents ($10,090.26) to pay the city's share of the cost <br />of constructing and improving the north approach to Twyckenham <br />Bridge, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />after due publication and hdaring,pase by the Common <br />Council, and approval by the Mayor, <br />or uommon uounc <br />Gentlemen of the Common Council: <br />I recommend the passage of the above ordinance.. <br />ee <br />j; City Controller <br />0 7P yyl to <br />9°' a� 3 <br />
