TUTUTM -PP <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COuidCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the Burn of Two Hundred Seventy -five Thousand- <br />Three hundred Eighty -nine Dollars and Thirty -nine Cents ($275,389.39) <br />be appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, to the Track Removal Fund of said city, for the purpose <br />of paying the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company for track re- <br />moval from Western avenue (formerly Division Street) and for join- <br />ing lines with the New York Central Railroad Company, in said <br />city, under and pursuant to contract. <br />SECTION 2.
