ORDINANCE N0. � <br />THE SMT OF TWELVE THOUSAND <br />OUIPIMNT FOR ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br />BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE COMTON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred <br />Dollars (12,500.00) be ands the same is hereby appropriated from <br />the General Fund of the Ci of South Bend to the Department of <br />Pszblic Safety with which'�e� pay for the purchase of equipment <br />for the city's Fire Department. <br />SECTION 2.
