�3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9s�� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRI TING THE SUM OF $3000.00 <br />FROM THE.GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY OF SAID CITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIP- <br />MENT FOR ITS ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1 <br />That the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00) <br />be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of <br />Public Safety of said City, with which to pay for the purchase <br />of equipment for said City's Electrical Department. <br />Section 2 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />after due publication and hearing,passage by the Common <br />Council, and approval by the mayor. <br />P ber of Common Council <br />Gentle men of the Common Council: <br />I recommend the passage of #I-e-,above ordinance. <br />1 p/:� A__ -.1� <br />YA <br />�" J6 <br />r. <br />
