Council Attorney requested a motion to amend as it was in the <br />Committee of the Whole. So moved by Councilmember Henry Davis. Councilmember Mr. Ferlic <br />seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. <br />Councilmember Henry Davis made a motion to defeat substitute bill 08 -14 as amended. <br />Councilmember Schey seconded the motion which carried. Councilmember Dr. Varner made a motion to pass this bill. <br />Councilmember Scott seconded the motion which carried. The bill passed by a roll call vote of <br />eight (8) ayes. <br />BILL NO. 24 -14 THIRD READING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE SOUTH BEND <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, ARTICLE 4, INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICTS TO EXCLUDE USES ALREADY <br />PERMITTED AS A PRIMARY USE FROM THE <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE SUBSECTION; AND <br />MODIFYING ARTICLE 6, OVERLAY AND SPECIAL <br />USE DISTRICTS, TO ADD ANEW SUBSECTION <br />13 <br />
