Talboom Deputy <br />Kareemah Fowler Chief Deputy <br />REPORT FROM THE SUB - COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br />Councilmember White made a motion that the minutes of the February 10, 2014, meeting of the <br />Council be accepted and placed on file. Councilmember Scott seconded the motion which <br />carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br />Council President Oliver Davis announced that the Council still has an opening on the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. He also announced that there are three (3) openings on the Urban <br />Enterprise Association. Applications can be obtained on the Council's website or in the Office <br />of the City Clerk.
