THE GENERAL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IRPDIAP3k, TO THE DEPARTIt -IEHT <br />OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF �r1ID CITY r OR THE PURCHASE O F <br />EQUI MENT FOR ITS POLICE DEPARTI;,IENT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars <br />(10,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund of the City of South lend, Indiana, to the Depart- <br />ment of Public Safety of said City with which to pay for the <br />purchase of Equipment for the city's Police Department. <br />SECTION 2.
