PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION DECEMBER 4, 2008 <br />The Public Agenda Session of the Board of Public Works was convened at 10:32 a.m. on <br />Thursday, December 4, 2008, by Board President Mr. Gary A. Gilot, with Board Members <br />Donald Inks and John H. Murphy present. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />Board of Public Works Clerk, Linda M.
