6(11/03- 3� -I_r <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 635 SOUTH LAFAYETTE BOULEVARD, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT NO.6 <br />IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />PETITIONERS DESIRE TO REZONE THE PROPERTY FROM GI GENERAL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT TO PUD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW FOR A <br />PROJECT COMPRISED OF RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL <br />MIXED USES. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION 1.
