E. Public Parks <br />There are adequate park facilities in the Northeast portion of the city which <br />can be utilized by residents of the Annexation Area. Parks and facilities <br />which are reasonably close to the Annexation Area are: Tarkington, Boehm and <br />Edison which have tennis courts. Boehm Park has lighted tennis courts and soft <br />ball diamonds. <br />No additional personnel or equipment will be needed to provide services to the <br />Annexation Area. <br />V.
