EXHIBIT C Washington Street Improvements Project The 500 block of East Washington Street, more particularly described as: Starting at the point along the north right -of -way of Washington Street extended, 14 feet west of the intersection of the east right -of -way line of Niles Avenue and the north right -of -way line of Washington Street, thence east along said north right -of -way line a distance of 373 feet to a point 14 feet east of the point of intersection with the west right -of -way line of Hill Street, thence south parallel to said west right -of -way line a distance of eighty -two and one -half (82.5) feet to the point of intersection with the south right -of -way line of Washington Street extended, thence west along said south right -of -way line tb a point 14 feet west of the point of intersection with said east right -of -way line of Niles Avenue; thence north parallel to said east right -of -way line back to the starting point.
