EXHIBIT A Niles Avenue Improvements Project The 100 and 200 blocks of Niles Avenue, more particularly described as: Starting at a point on the west right -of -way line of Niles Avenue, one hundred thirty -two (132) feet south of the south right -of -way line extended of Washington Street continuing north along said west right -of -way line to a point one hundred sixty -five (165) feet north of the north right -of -way line of LaSalle Avenue, thence east a distance of sixty -six (66) feet to a point along the east right -of -way line of Niles Avenue one hundred sixty -five (165) feet north of the north right -of -way line of LaSalle Avenue, thence south along the east right -of -way line to a point one hundred thirty -two (132) feet south of the south right -of -way line of Washington street, thence west a distance of sixty -six (66) feet back to the starting point.
