131 <br />ORDINANCE NO. `-�O 9 F/ <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING TEE SUL OF FIFTY= SEVEN_ <br />DOLLARS AND SEVENTY -112 CENTS "57.72 FROM <br />ONE SUBDIVISION TO ANOTHER SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CONTROTEE;R!S OFFICE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. - That the sum of Fifty -seven Dollars and Seventy -two <br />Cents ($57.72) appropriated to the City Controllerls Office of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby transferred <br />from Subdivision B -11 Office Supplies to Subdivision B -SA Advertising <br />and Publication of Notices. <br />SECTION 2. - That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after legal notice and passage and approval by the Pdiayor. <br />MEMBER OF TEE COLe.ON COUNCIL <br />c� N -,e <br />
