<br />SECTION 2. That all employees of any \amd "_all department
<br />of the city, not specifically enumerated in Section One hreof, Px
<br />elusive of the Water-Works Department and the Park Department, shall
<br />be classified and be paid for' services for the remainder of the year
<br />1933 to be effective as of June 1, 1933, on a daily or hourly basis,
<br />and shall 'be paid as follows, to -?pit:
<br />Employees working on a daily basis, or paid by the day,
<br />shall receive not more than $4.00 per day.
<br />Employees working on an hourly basis, or paid by the
<br />hour, shall receive not more than 400 per hour.
<br />Owners of trucks furnished to the city without drivers,
<br />shall receive not more than 540 per hour for the use of each truck.
