ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $25,000.00 FROM THE GASOLINE FUND RtECEIVED FROM THE AUDITOR OF THE STATE CF INDIANA TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE USES THEREOF6 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MODS INDIANA. SECTION 1. That the amount of Twenty -Five thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars heretofore received by the City of South Berd: from the Auditor of the State of Indiana for its portion of the gasoline tax be temporarily transferred to the Geneml Fund of said City for the uses thereof in anticipation of the current revenues of such City actually levied and in course of collection for the current fiscal year in which the portion of such money not actually used in street maintenance and repair shall be re- paid; such portion of said funds not being used at present for the purpose for which it was created and now needed to carry on necessary governmental functions.
