ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $25,000.00 FROM THE <br />GASOLINE FUND RtECEIVED FROM THE AUDITOR OF THE <br />STATE CF INDIANA TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE USES THEREOF6 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />MODS INDIANA. <br />SECTION 1. That the amount of Twenty -Five thousand <br />($25,000.00) Dollars heretofore received by the City of South Berd: <br />from the Auditor of the State of Indiana for its portion of the <br />gasoline tax be temporarily transferred to the Geneml Fund of <br />said City for the uses thereof in anticipation of the current <br />revenues of such City actually levied and in course of collection <br />for the current fiscal year in which the portion of such money <br />not actually used in street maintenance and repair shall be re- <br />paid; such portion of said funds not being used at present for <br />the purpose for which it was created and now needed to carry on <br />necessary governmental functions. <br />SECTION 2.
