ORDINANCE NO.--2007 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUIFS OF <br />MONEY FROM, CERT2.IN APPROPRIATIONS IN THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH FEND, INDIANA, TO OTHER APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN THE SANE DEPART12;NT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COPVIMN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Three Dollars <br />and Sixty -three cents ($323.63) be and the same is hereby trans- <br />ferred from Appropriation No.H -1 for Salark s regular, in the <br />Department of Public Works to Appropriation No.H -29 in the Depart <br />ment of Public Works for the purpose of paying street assessments <br />on the property located on Lincoln Way West and occupied as the <br />Northwest Fire Station. <br />SECTION 2. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be and <br />the same i.s hereby transferred from the Building Department Office <br />Supplies, Appropriation No.M -6, to the Building Department Gasoline <br />appropriation No.M -82 in the Department of Public Works, for the <br />purpose of paying for gasoline- -u-sed in said. Department. <br />4 <br />SECTION 3.
