the City of South Bend with the center of the New York Central <br />Railroad right of way; thence running easterly and southerly <br />along the center of said right of way to the intersection of said <br />right of way with the center of Walnut Street; thence north along <br />the center of Walnut Street to the center of Napier Street; thence <br />east along the center of Napier Street to the center of Scott <br />Street; thence south along the center of Scott Street to the <br />center of Western Avenue; thence east along the center of Western <br />Avenue to the center of Lafayette Boulevard; thence south along <br />the center of Lafayette Boulevard to the center of Sample Street; <br />thence west along the center of Sample Street to the center of <br />Olive Street; thence south along the center of Olive Street to <br />the intersection of the southerly limits of the said city; thence <br />west along said southerly limits and thereafter following a course <br />mainly north and west along said southerly limits to the inter- <br />section of said southerly limits with the westerly limits of said <br />city; thence north along said westerly limits to the place of <br />beginning. <br />SECTION 8. That hereafter, in any primary election, or <br />election held in said city for the nomination or election of <br />candidates or officers for city offices, voting machines, as here- <br />tofore have been or hereafter may be provided by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana, shall be used. <br />SECTION 9. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances <br />in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 10.
