ORDINANCE NO. t=� 0 '4f ` <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN F DS IN THE <br />�DEPARTYENT OF HEALTH FROM ONE SUB- DIVISION <br />TO ANOTHER <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 1. - That the sum of Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00) be and <br />the same is hereby transferred from T -22, Motor Equipment to T -5. <br />Telephone and Telegraph Sub - Division. <br />SECTION 2. - That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be and <br />the same is hereby transferred from T -22 Motor Equipment to T -8, <br />Repairs of Equipment. <br />SECTION % - That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be <br />and the same is hereby transferred from T -220 Motor Equipment, to <br />T -9 Other Contractual Services all in the Department of Public <br />Health. <br />SECTION A. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after legal notice and passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />/Oe, 8 <br />t7 �4 � <br />I X33 Gel <br />tlemen:- <br />I recommend the passage of the above Ordinance. <br />
