ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ONE <br />'SUB - DIVISION TO ARUTHER SUB - DIVISION IN THE <br />DEPART 'hTNT OF FINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana - <br />SECTION 1 - That the sum of Seventy -eight Dollars and Thirteen <br />Cents ($p�78,13) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account <br />8.15 Interest to Account B -14 Premium on Official Bonds. <br />SECTION 2. - That the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($250,00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account B -6 <br />Salaries and wages Temporary to Account B -8 Traveling Expenses. <br />All said account being in the Department of Finance. <br />SECTION,,' _ This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage. <br />�L G . / !/ s <br />I hereby recommend the passage of the above Or inance. <br />f Q-f <br />CITY CONTROLLER <br />December 11th <br />Dated 1 §33. <br />
