That the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($350.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend <br />to Sub - Department H -17 for appraisers in the De- <br />partment of Public Worksp said appropriation being <br />for the purpose of paying appraisers of the damages <br />for the opening of Dundee Street. <br />SECTION 2.
