. ~ <br />WHEREAS, the Provider further represents that it has taken all corporate action <br />necessary to enter into this Addendum. <br />NOW "THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1 (Delinitions) of the Agreement between the parties is modifted in part <br />to read as lollows: <br />Expiration Date: The term °Expiration Date" shall mean December 31, <br />?009. <br />2. Exhibit B (Program Sched~de) of the Agreement between the parties is modified <br />to read in its entirety as follows: <br />Property purchases will tale place from August 2007 through December 31, <br />?008. <br />Property rehabilitation will take place during 2007, 2008 and 2009 with a <br />requirement of rehabilitation completion within 12 months of the sale of <br />property. <br />3. The undersigned persons executing and delivering this Addendum on behalf of <br />the Provider represent and certify that they are the duly authorized officers oCProvider and have <br />been fully empower to execute and deliver this Agreement and that all necessary corporate action <br />has been tal<cn and done. <br />4.
