SECTION III. The Common Council directs the City Clerk to <br />send copies of this Resolution to Mr. Patrick Ralston, <br />Director of the Department of Natural Resources, Governor <br />Evan Bayh, and our local state elected public officials, <br />urging them to support this request to ensure the safety of <br />our citizens and visitors to the St. Joseph River Area. <br />SECTION IV.
