Exhibit B (Program Schedule) of the Agreement between the parties is modified to read in its entirety as follows: Property purchases will talc place from August 2007 through December 31, 2008. Property rehabilitation will take place during 2007, 2008 and 2009 with a requirement of rehabilitation completion within 12 months of the sale of property. 3.
