on any of the site plans, building elevations, landscape plans, sign plans, or <br />any other plan required by this Ordinance in sufficient detail to fulfill the <br />requirements for the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit; <br />b. General Terms. A Preliminary Plan which do not comply with the <br />requirements above for Detailed Terms shall be deemed to have expressed <br />the development requirements that apply to the proposed PUD in General <br />Terms only and shall require Secondary Approval, as set forth below, prior <br />to the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit. <br />(B) Preliminary Plan. A Preliminary Plan shall consist of the following: <br />A PUD District Ordinance in 8 %" x 11" format consisting of the following: <br />a. Proposed name of the PUD District; <br />b. Legal description of the proposed PUD District; <br />C. Statement on how the proposed PUD District meets the requirements of <br />§21 -05 (a) Intent; <br />d. Permitted uses, accessory uses and temporary uses by location; <br />e. Site development standards by use, such as but not limited to setbacks, <br />densities, use of yards; <br />f Proposals for handling traffic, general circulation and access points, <br />sewage disposal, drainage, and other pertinent development features; <br />g. Landscaping, buffering, tree preservation and use of open space; <br />h. Lighting standards; <br />i. Signs standards; <br />J. Parking and Loading standards; <br />k. Building design standards; and <br />ii. A preliminary Site Plan of the overall PUD on plan sheets not to exceed twenty - <br />four by thirty-six (24" x 36 ") in size consisting of the following: <br />a. Proposed name of the PUD District <br />b. North arrow, written and graphic scale; <br />C. Boundaries of property with dimensions; <br />General location of proposed land uses; <br />C. Easements of record; <br />
