First. to reimburse the Commission. un its o~~n behalf or on behalf of the <br />City. ibr all casts and expenses incurred by the Couunission. including but <br />not limited to: <br />(a). salaries of personnel. in connection with the recapture. management. <br />and resale of the Property or part thereof, but less anv income da ivied <br />b~~ the Commission from the Property or part thereof in connection <br />~~ ith recapture such manatunent or resale: <br />(h). all taxes, assessments. and water and sew~cr charges with respect to <br />the Property or port thereof. or. in the event the Property is exempt <br />from taxation ur assessment or such charges during the period oi' <br />u«nership thereof by the Commission. an amount. if paid. equal to <br />such taxes. assessments, or char~ues. as determined by the appropriate <br />assessin~~ otiicials, as ~~ould have been payable if the Property w~erc <br />not so exempt <br />(c). any payments made or needed to be made to discharge any <br />encumbrances or liens existing on the Property or part thereof at the <br />time ofrevcsting oftitlc in the Commission onto discharge or prevent <br />from attaching or being made anv subsequent encumbrances or liens <br />due to obligations, defaults. or acts of the Deg eloper. its successors or <br />U ansl~crccs: <br />(d). anv cxpenditm~cs made or obligations incurred in making or <br />completing the construction or am' ~7art thcreofon the Property orpart <br />thereof: <br />(c). and any anu~unts othencise ~,~~ ing the Cununission by the Developer <br />and its successor ur transfu~ee: and <br />~.
