EXECUTIVE SESSION JULY 13.2015 52 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Mondays July 13, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. The <br />meeting was held in the L3th Floor Conference Room, County City Building, 227 West Jefferson <br />Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)(A). Board President <br />John Collins, and Board Members Eddie Miller, Luther Taylor, and Daniel Jones were present Also <br />present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee and Attorney Jessica Brock. Board members did not <br />discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee, Attorney Kevin Podlanski, Attorney <br />Stephanie Steele, Attorney Jessica Brock, and Attorney Elizabeth Bemis. The meeting was held in <br />the 13`' Floor Conference Room, County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES — DAVID BEATY <br />This was the date set for the Hearing of the Charges against Sergeant David Beaty.
