EXECUTIVE SESSION JUNE 26.2015 50 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 8:10 a.m. The <br />meeting was held in the Common Council Informal Meeting Room, 4" Floor, County City Building, <br />227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the Purposes specified in T.C. 5-14-1.5 - <br />6.1(b)(6)(A). Board President John Collins, and Board Members Eddie Miller, Luther Taylor, and <br />Daniel Jones were present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee and Attorney <br />Jessica Brock. Jones — <br />present. Also present were Hearing Officer Roland Chamblee; Board's Legal Counsel, Kevin <br />Podlanski; Defense Attorney Vince Campiti. The meeting was held in the Common Council <br />Chambers, 4" Floor, County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES — MICHAEL BROWN <br />This was the date set for the Hearing of the Charges against Firefighter Michael Brown.
