Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund <br />of the city of South Bend, Indiana to the Department of Public <br />Streets, fund I -12, and the same is to be used for supplying material <br />and equipment to be used on F.B.R.A. projects. It is hereby pro- <br />vided that the proper officials shall make due report of funds dis- <br />bureddonnder these funds to the members of the City Council. <br />Section 12. And it is the intention and purpose by this Ordinance <br />to cancel and annul Ordinances #9093 ,095,3096,3097,3098,3099,4000, <br />4001, and 4002; and that all of the funds called for under the or- <br />dinanees above ennumerated be taken from and chargeable to the <br />appropriation in Section 11 of this ordinance. <br />Section o_ n 13_ This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after legal notice and passage and the approval by the Mayor <br />of the City of South Bend, <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Gentlemen of the city council: <br />I hereby recommend the passage of the above and fore- <br />going ordinance. <br />�� 2 61 <br />
